Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zerafan ("Zerafan," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Zerafan, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Zerafan lets you create private, shareable "Rooms" to organize and share files, links, invoices, notes, and project updates with your clients through a single link. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Pro, or Business).

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Zerafan.

You retain full ownership of everything you upload or create in your Rooms ("Your Content"). By using Zerafan, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate the service — for example, showing it to people you share a Room link with.

You're responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share it. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malware or other harmful code.

You agree not to:

• Use Zerafan for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's rights
• Attempt to access another user's account, Rooms, or files without authorization
• Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass Zerafan's security or rate limits
• Upload malware, or content intended to disrupt or damage the service
• Use Zerafan to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or provide the service to third parties without our permission

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from Billing settings; cancellation takes effect and stops future charges, and where a refund is issued it will be processed back to your original payment method. Downgrading to the Free plan may reduce access to paid features and lower your Room, storage, or branding limits.

Password protection and expiring links are tools to help you control who can view a Room — they are not a guarantee of absolute security, and you're responsible for choosing a strong password and sharing Room links only with intended recipients.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your Rooms and files. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to Zerafan or other users.

Zerafan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerafan and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Zerafan is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Zerafan after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
